Where is my UrbanStall order

Ask Ampy for the status of your recent UrbanStall orders, or of one order number. The status is the one UrbanStall has.

Ask Ampy where your UrbanStall order stands. You get the stall, the status, and the date UrbanStall has for that order. Ampy does not move the order.

“Where is my order?” is the question after checkout has already succeeded. You are not reporting two debits, and you are not asking for a PDF. You want the status on the orders tied to your phone.

Ask for the recent list, or for one number

Open Ampy from urbanstall.app, or sign in at ampy.lawazia.tech with the phone that placed the order. Tap Where is my order, or type “Where is my UrbanStall order?”

With no order number, Ampy lists recent orders on your phone. When you name an order number, it looks up that one. The number you use is the short order number from UrbanStall. You do not need to guess a long internal id.

The phone is the one on the login. Ampy does not ask you to type it. An order placed from a different phone is not on this list, and typing that other number will not add it.

Three blank cards, the recent orders with no invented details

No order number means the recent list. Each card is an order UrbanStall ties to your phone.

If the list is empty, say so to yourself before you assume a delay. An empty list means UrbanStall has no recent order on this phone. That can be a different problem — money left and no order was created — and that problem is the Paid, no order chip, not this one.

What the answer is allowed to say

For each order the lookup returns, Ampy says the stall, the status, and the date. Those are the fields the check is built to speak. The status is UrbanStall’s status. Ampy does not translate it into a promise about a rider, a minute, or a doorstep time that the record does not contain.

The result shows in the thread as a card. The chat stays short. You should see the stall, the status, and the date without a dump of raw fields. If you asked about one order number, you get that order, not a tour of every past purchase.

One blank card pulled forward, beside a parcel with a blank tag

Name the order number when you have it. Ampy reads that order on your phone.

The status you hear is UrbanStall’s status for your phone. Ampy does not edit the order.

This is a read. Ampy will not cancel the order, mark it paid, change the address, or advance the status because you asked. If the status is not the one you hoped for, the next step is still outside this chat: the stall, or WhatsApp UrbanStall on the Ampy screen when you need a person. The hint under that button says it is the same chat as in the UrbanStall app.

When you wanted a bill, or a payment check, instead

A status answer is not the invoice. Get my bill needs the order number and returns the PDF for your own order. A draft or a cancelled order does not get that PDF. Do not expect the status chip to invent an invoice number.

A double debit is not a status question. Use Double payment and the date or the order number. Money that left with no order at all is Paid, no order, and it needs the charge date. Mixing those into “where is my order” sends the check down the wrong path. The chips are separate because the tools are separate.

If you have an Ambika Rasoi meal plan, that is also a different screen. Meal pause and skip do not change an UrbanStall delivery status. Use Manage my meals for the plan, and this chip for the shop order.

What will not appear

An order on someone else’s phone will not be returned, even if you know the number by heart. Ampy will not ask you for their phone, and it should not accept a substitute. Open the account that paid.

There is no map pin and no live rider name in this check. If the card does not show a detail, Ampy must not fill it in. Ask again only for a field the order record has: stall, status, date. If you need the amount, read what the card actually returned. Do not expect a fresh calculation.

The list is recent orders, not a lifetime archive told as a story. If the order you mean is older than what came back, give the order number so the lookup is specific.

How the list is chosen

The list is recent orders on the signed-in phone, not every order ever placed in your town and not the orders on a stall you happen to like. Ampy does not ask which city. The phone is the filter. If you run a stall yourself, this chip is still the shopper’s list, the orders you placed, not the orders customers placed on your stall.

When you name one order number, the lookup narrows to that number on your phone. If it is not linked to you, Ampy says so. It will not search outward to other customers to be helpful.

Ask again without turning it into a different job

If the first reply was the whole recent list and you only care about one of them, reply with that order number. Ampy looks that one up on the same phone. You do not need to retell the checkout. If the status has had time to change, ask again later the same way. The new reading replaces your guess. It still will not push the order forward.

Keep payment questions on their own chips. A status of “placed” does not answer a double debit. A missing order in the list does not answer a debit with no order, unless you then switch chips and give the charge date. The tools do not borrow each other’s answers.

A meal plan is not in this list. Rasoi days, pauses, and skips live on Manage my meals, and only when that plan is on your phone. A tiffin day and a shop order can both be yours. They are not the same card.

Come back through ampy.lawazia.tech with the same phone whenever you need the status again. The reading stays a reading.
