Money deducted, no order
When UrbanStall took the money and no order appeared, Ampy checks that charge. It does not create the order or refund it.

When money has left your account and UrbanStall has no order for it, Ampy can check that charge. It will not create the order, and it will not return the money in the chat.
This is the case people describe as “paise kat gaye, order nahi hua.” The debit is real in the bank or UPI app. The order list is empty, or the order you expected never appeared. It is a different ask from a double charge on an order you can already see, and it is a different ask from “where is the bag.”
Open the paid-no-order chip
Sign in through the header on urbanstall.app, or at ampy.lawazia.tech with the phone that was charged. Tap Paid, no order. The chip says: “Money was deducted from my account but my UrbanStall order did not go through. Can you investigate?”
Type the same thing if you prefer. Include the day the money left. If you know the amount, add it. Your phone is already bound. Ampy will not ask for it.
A stall name is optional context. It is never enough on its own. Naming the shop, the lane, or the dish does not find a failed checkout. The lookup is the phone plus the charge date, and the amount when you know it.
The date is the missing piece
If you did not give a date, Ampy asks for the charge date, then runs the check. Give the calendar day the debit hit, not a guess at a month you only half remember. “Today” and “yesterday” use India’s date from the conversation. Ampy will not invent an old year to fill a gap.

Money left, and the bag is empty. The date of the debit is what the check needs.
One clear message is better than a long story. “Money was deducted this morning and there is no order” is enough to start, and Ampy will ask for the date if “this morning” still needs a calendar day. Do not paste a screenshot full of unrelated chats and expect a search from that alone. The date and, when you have it, the amount are the useful parts.
What the answer is, and what it is not
You get a finding in plain language, and the recommended next step that belongs to that finding. The card in the thread is the same result, so you can read it without decoding a dump of fields. Ampy does not place a replacement order. It does not attach the loose payment to a new order. It does not refund you inside the chat.
When the next step is a refund, that happens on WhatsApp UrbanStall. The button is on the Ampy screen, and the hint says it is the same chat as in the UrbanStall app. Take the finding with you in your own words. Do not add an amount or a payment id that the card did not show.

The green button is WhatsApp UrbanStall. The refund is finished there, not in the check.
Paid-but-no-order is a check of the charge. The order is not created in the chat.
If the finding shows that an order does exist, switch to Where is my order rather than asking the payment check to track a rider. This screen does not change status. If what you needed was the PDF, use Get my bill and the order number, once an order exists to bill.
Limits that keep the check honest
This is one of five payment checks in an India day. A question that only clarifies the date does not consume one. A second investigation later in the day does. When the five are used, wait for the next India day.
The search is your verified phone only. A debit from a different phone, even in the same house, will not be found by typing that other number. Sign in as the phone that paid.
If Ampy says the account cannot be verified, stop. Do not offer a phone number in the message. Open Ampy from UrbanStall again so the login carries the phone the app already knows.
What belongs in the first message
Say that the money left and that no order appeared. Add the calendar day. Add the amount if the bank shows one. Stop there. Ampy already has the phone. A long account of what you had hoped to eat does not help the lookup, and a shop name without the day does not start it.
If you are unsure whether an order exists, you can still start here when the debit is the thing you can see. The finding will say whether an order is attached. You can also look at Where is my order first. An empty list plus a debit is this chip. A list that already shows the order is not.
If the finding surprises you
Sometimes the check shows that an order was created after all, or that the debit matches a payment already tied to an order. Then you are no longer in the “no order” case. Move to Where is my order for the status, or Get my bill if what you needed was the PDF. Staying on this chip will not track a parcel and will not issue the invoice.
Sometimes the finding says the money is sitting without an order and support should return it. That sentence is the end of Ampy’s job. WhatsApp UrbanStall is the place the return is handled. The button is already on the screen. You do not need a new login for it. The hint says it is the same chat as in the UrbanStall app.
Do not run the check five times in a row hoping the fifth reading will move the money. Each run spends a daily check, and none of them refunds. One clear finding is enough to take to WhatsApp.
The empty bag is frustrating. The check is still only a reading of the charge. Start at ampy.lawazia.tech with the phone that was debited, give the date, read the finding, and use WhatsApp UrbanStall when the finding says the money should come back.
