A bill for my UrbanStall order
Ask Ampy for the invoice PDF on one of your own UrbanStall orders. The invoice number is issued once and reused after that.

Ask Ampy for the bill on one of your own UrbanStall orders. You get an invoice number and a PDF link. The number is issued once. The next ask returns the same number and the same link.
A bill is not a status check, and it is not a refund. You want the document for an order that is already yours.
Start with the order number
Open Ampy from the header on urbanstall.app, or sign in at ampy.lawazia.tech with the phone on the order. Tap Get my bill, or say you need a bill for your UrbanStall order.
If the order number is missing, Ampy asks for it, then fetches the bill. Do not skip that step with only a stall name or a dish. The bill is attached to an order number, on your verified phone.
The order has to be yours. A number you saw on someone else’s phone will not produce their invoice. Ampy does not ask you to type a phone to widen the search.

The bill hangs off the order number. A stall name is not enough to issue one.
A draft order does not get an invoice. A cancelled order does not get an invoice. If Ampy says there is no invoice for that kind of order, that is the rule, not a glitch to retry with a different story. Place the ask on an order that was actually placed and not cancelled.
The number does not change
The first successful ask issues the invoice number and the PDF link. UrbanStall keeps that number. The next time you ask for the same order, you get that same number and that same link. Ampy will not promise a fresh invoice number, a second series, or a rewritten total.
The figures on the PDF are the ones UrbanStall put there. Ampy does not invent GST, a tax breakup, or a total that the invoice did not return. If you need a figure, read the document. The chat should give you the invoice number and the link, not a made-up table.

Ask again later and the sheet is the same one. The invoice number was issued once.
One order gets one invoice number. Asking again returns that same PDF.
Save the link if you need to send it to an accountant or a shop. Asking Ampy a second time is safe. It reuses the number. It does not create a second legal document for the same order.
What this chip will not do
This is not a refund. A wrong item, a double debit, or money that left with no order at all belongs on the payment chips, and a refund still finishes on WhatsApp UrbanStall, the button on the Ampy screen. The bill chip will not push money back because you asked for a PDF.
This is not a status change. Where is my order tells you the stall, the status, and the date. Get the bill when you need the document, after you know which order number you mean. You can do both, as two asks. They are not the same tool.
Ampy will not mark the order paid, cancel it, or edit the line items from this chat. If the PDF looks wrong, that correction is not a second invoice number. Say what is wrong to WhatsApp UrbanStall, with the invoice number you were given, rather than asking Ampy to mint a new one.
How to ask so the first call works
Have the order number ready. If you only remember the day, use Where is my order first, read the order that matches, then come back to Get my bill with that number. That sequence stays inside your own phone’s orders.
The phone on the login is the phone on the order. If you paid from a different account than the one now signed in, the bill will not be found. Sign in as the phone that placed it. Do not type the other number into the chat.
A short ask is enough. “I need the bill for this order” plus the number is complete. A long retelling of the meal is not required. Ampy should not stop to ask for GST details you do not have. It should ask only for the order number when that is the missing piece.
Who the bill is for
The bill is for the customer on the login, for one order number. It is not a monthly statement of every UrbanStall purchase, and it is not a Rasoi meal-plan statement. Meal counts, pauses, and skips are on Manage my meals when you have that plan. They do not appear as this PDF.
If you need bills for several orders, ask once per order number. Each order has its own invoice number. Asking for “all my bills” without numbers does not issue a bundle. Use Where is my order to see the recent numbers, then ask for each bill you actually need.
The first issue and every later ask
You can tell the two apart from the reply, but you do not have to. Whether UrbanStall issued the number on this ask or returned one it already had, the chat gives you the invoice number and the download link. Later asks stay on that pair. There is no second number waiting if you ask on a different day, from ampy.si instead of ampy.lawazia.tech, or after you closed the tab. The hosts are the same app. The invoice belongs to the order, not to the browser tab.
If the link fails to open, ask once more for the same order number. You should receive the same number again, with the link. Do not ask Ampy to “make a new bill” for the same order. That is the thing this tool refuses to do.
If you never get a number because the order is a draft or cancelled, stop. There is no hidden PDF behind a different wording. Use Where is my order if you are unsure which order you meant, then return with a number that can be billed.
Come back any day for the same PDF. The number stays. Open ampy.lawazia.tech with the phone on the order, name the order, and use the link that comes back.
