Open Ampy from UrbanStall
Sign in on UrbanStall, tap Ampy in the header, and land in the same account. Ampy uses the phone already on that login.

Open UrbanStall, tap Ampy in the header, and you are in the same account. Ampy reads the phone already on that login. It does not ask you to type a different number.
If you shop on UrbanStall, the help for a payment or an order sits one tap away from the page you already use. The door is the header, not a second password and not a new app you have to find. You log in once. Ampy uses that login.
Log in before you tap
Open urbanstall.app in the browser you normally use for orders. Sign in with the phone that places those orders. If you are not signed in, the header does not open Ampy yet. UrbanStall sends you to login first, and only then can the handoff happen. Use the same phone you used at checkout. A family member’s phone, or a phone you only use for calls, will not see your orders.
The header line is short. It says “Need help? Contact us on”, then the Ampy mark, then “Your AI Companion”. There is no extra card around it, and there is no payment slogan on the chip. Tap the mark.

The header is the door. UrbanStall signs you into Ampy with the account you already opened.
That tap signs you into Ampy. The public hosts are ampy.lawazia.tech and ampy.si. They are the same app. A link, a bookmark, or a header tap can land on either host, and the account is the same one. You do not create a second profile for the second host.
You can also open either host yourself and sign in with that same phone. Do that when you already know you want Ampy and you are not standing on an UrbanStall page. The header is the easier path because the login is already done. The direct address is there when you are away from the shop pages.
What the first screen is for
Ampy opens as a conversation. It is not a catalogue of every Lawazia product, and it is not a settings page. For a shopper, the first line says you can check a payment issue: a double charge, or money deducted when no order went through.
Under that, the screen says the check is read-only and that it runs on your phone number. Ampy cannot refund you here, and it cannot change the order here. If a count of checks is already loaded, you also see how many of today’s checks are left. The day is India time. When none are left, the line says to try again tomorrow.

Two ways in. The UrbanStall header, or the Ampy address with the same phone.
The choices on the screen are plain:
- Double payment, for a charge that happened twice on one order.
- Paid, no order, for money that left the account when no order appeared.
- Where is my order, for the status UrbanStall has on your recent orders.
- Get my bill, for the invoice PDF on one of your own orders.
- Manage my meals, only when Ambika Rasoi already has a meal plan on this phone.
Tap a line, or type the same thing in your own words. Hindi mixed with English is fine. You do not have to match the chip word for word. “Do baar paise kat gaye” is the same ask as the double-payment chip. “Order kahan hai” is the same ask as where-is-my-order.
The phone stays on the login
Ampy does not ask you to type a phone number into the chat. The number comes from the account you signed in with. Every check uses that number. Someone else’s order, on someone else’s phone, is not something this screen will look up, even if you can remember their number.
If the account has no verified phone, Ampy stops. It will not start a check, and it will not invite you to type a number to get around that. Open Ampy again from UrbanStall, with the phone you use in the app, so the account can be verified.
Ampy checks the phone on your UrbanStall login. It does not take a different number in the chat.
A payment check that actually runs counts as one of five in an India day. Asking a short question so Ampy can find the date, or asking what the screen can do, does not use a check. When the tool has run, that one counts. A second look later in the day counts again if the tool runs again. The cap is there so a single account cannot hammer the payment lookup. It is not a limit on reading this page.
What this screen will not do
A finding is an explanation. It is not a refund, a cancellation, or a button that marks an order paid. Those actions are not on the shopper’s screen. When the next step is money coming back, use the WhatsApp UrbanStall button on the Ampy screen. The hint under it says it is the same chat as in the UrbanStall app. You do not hunt for a new support address.
If Rasoi has a monthly meal plan on this phone, the meal chip appears beside the payment chips. No plan means the chip stays hidden and Ampy remains the payment helper. The meal screen is a different conversation, with its own confirm step before anything changes. You can still reach the payment chips from there.
Come back the same way tomorrow: UrbanStall, then Ampy, same phone. The five checks reset on the India day, not on a rolling 24 hours from your last tap. If you closed the tab, open the header again. The account is the one you already have.
A second visit is the same door
The next day you do not register again. Open UrbanStall, sign in if the browser forgot you, and tap the Ampy mark. If the browser still holds the login, the header goes straight across. Bookmark ampy.lawazia.tech or ampy.si only if you want the direct door. Either bookmark is the same app. A page opened on one host does not need a second account on the other.
If you are in the middle of a check and you still need another, stay in the thread and ask the next thing, or open Ampy again and tap the chip you need. A new payment investigation uses another of the five daily checks only when the tool runs. Looking at the screen, or asking which chip to use, does not.
A meal customer and a shopper share this door. The difference is only whether Rasoi has a plan on the phone. Shoppers see the payment and order chips. Meal customers see those and the meal lines. Nobody gets a chip for a product this screen does not run.
Start at urbanstall.app, or open ampy.lawazia.tech with that same login.
