Manage Rasoi meals on Ampy

If your phone has an Ambika Rasoi meal plan, pause, resume, skip, or update preferences from Ampy. A change waits for your confirm.

If Ambika Rasoi has a meal plan on your phone, you can see it, pause it, resume it, skip a day, or change preferences from Ampy. Rasoi keeps the rules. Nothing changes until you approve the card.

The plan is the monthly subscription you already ordered. Ampy is the conversation. It does not sell you a new month, and it does not replace the kitchen’s own report.

The chip appears only when a plan is on this phone

Open urbanstall.app, log in with the phone on the subscription, and tap Ampy. If Rasoi has a plan on that phone, Manage my meals is there. You can also open ampy.lawazia.tech with the same login.

No plan means the chip stays hidden. Ampy remains the payment helper: double charge, paid with no order, where the shop order is, and the bill. A meal ask from a phone Rasoi does not know will not invent a subscription.

On the meal screen the lines are My meal plan, Pause meals, Resume meals, Skip a day, and Meal preferences. Type if you prefer. “Show my plan”, “pause from Monday to Wednesday”, “skip tomorrow”, or “less spice, half rice at lunch” are all ordinary asks. Hindi mixed with English is fine.

Reading the plan does not ask you to confirm. Pause, resume, skip, and a preference change do. Ampy shows a confirm card with the exact action, including the dates it is about to send. Tap Approve. Until you do, Rasoi is not called. If you deny the card, nothing is written.

A confirm card with a check, before the meal plan changes

The check is the confirm card. Rasoi is called only after you approve.

A plan reading can include this month, which of breakfast, lunch, and dinner are on, the paused days, the meals still remaining, and the preferences already saved. That is a read of your plan, not a view of someone else’s.

The rules Rasoi enforces

Dates are India calendar dates. A pause or a skip cannot start in the past. A pause needs an end on or after the start. A new pause cannot overlap a pause you already have. If it would, Rasoi refuses, and Ampy says so.

Resume works when a pause is running today, or when a pause is scheduled ahead. If nothing is paused, the reply is that the subscription is not paused. Ampy does not pretend to resume a plan that was never stopped.

A skip is one plan day. It has to be a day the plan covers. It cannot fall on a day that is already paused. Same-day skip closes at 07:00 for breakfast, 09:00 for lunch, and 18:00 for dinner, India time. If the first enabled meal of that day is already past its cut-off, the whole skip is refused. Ampy quotes the reason Rasoi sends, for example that the lunch cut-off is over. It does not offer a quieter exception.

Three plates across the day, and a clock with no numerals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner each have a same-day cut-off. The first one already passed blocks the skip.

Preferences are food preference, spice, allergies, and quantity: half or full rice, how many chapati, rice or chapati. Those write the same preference record the kitchen already reads. They are not a new menu and not a note that bypasses the kitchen.

Every change shows a confirm card first. Rasoi decides whether the date is allowed.

The phone comes from the login. You never type it. A plan on another phone returns a refusal. Ampy will not switch the search to a number you type in the message.

What stays outside this chat

Ampy will not start a new subscription, cancel the month, show today’s menu, or create a cash refund. Skipped meals and paused meals drop out of the monthly meal count. No cash refund is created for them. If money is the question, that is not this screen.

The kitchen report updates from the same Rasoi records. A customer pause shows as paused. A skip shows as not taken. You do not have to WhatsApp the kitchen for that change to exist. If you still want a person, that path is separate from the confirm card.

This meal conversation allows 30 messages in a day. Payment chips stay beside it. Tapping a payment chip moves you to the payment helper, which has its own five checks in an India day. A meal pause does not spend a payment check. A double-charge check does not pause a meal.

How to say the change

Name the dates in ordinary language, then read the confirm card before you approve. The card is the exact range Ampy is about to send. If the range is wrong, deny it and say the dates again. Do not approve a card that starts on a day you did not mean.

After a pause or a skip is saved, ask to see the plan again. The paused days and the remaining meals should match what you approved. If Rasoi refused, the message is the rule, not a partial save. Nothing was written on a refusal.

A change, then a fresh reading

A clean sequence is short. Ask to see the plan, so you know what is already paused. Say the pause or the skip in one message, with the dates you mean. Read the confirm card. Approve only if those dates match. Ask to see the plan again. The paused day or the skipped day should show, and the remaining meals should have moved by what Rasoi actually saved.

If you meant to undo a pause that has not started, or to end one that is running today, say resume and approve that card. A resume does not delete history. It ends the pause Rasoi says is current or upcoming. If Rasoi says the subscription is not paused, there is nothing to resume.

Preferences can be asked in the same sitting, as their own confirm card. Spice, allergies, and how much rice or how many chapati are that card, not a sentence buried inside a pause. Keep them separate so the kitchen record gets the change you approved, not a guess.

Open ampy.lawazia.tech with the phone on the plan. Read the plan whenever you like. Approve the card only when the dates on it are the dates you meant.
